Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Fresh berries for topping

Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter, press into pie dish
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth, then blend in yogurt and sugar
  3. Add vanilla and lemon juice, mix until fully combined
  4. Pour filling over crust, smooth top with spatula
  5. Chill in refrigerator for at least 4 hours
  6. Top with fresh berries before serving

Notes

Use full-fat Greek yogurt and cream cheese for best results. Make sure cream cheese is at true room temperature. Chill for at least 4 hours (overnight is even better). Add toppings just before serving.
