Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter, press firmly into pie dish to form crust
- Beat softened cream cheese until completely smooth
- Blend in Greek yogurt and powdered sugar until fully incorporated
- Add vanilla extract and lemon juice, mix until uniform
- Pour filling over prepared crust and smooth top with spatula
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set
- Top with fresh berries just before serving
Notes
For best results, use full-fat Greek yogurt and ensure cream cheese is fully softened. Chill for the full 4 hours – the filling continues to firm up during this time. Add toppings just before serving to maintain freshness.
