Ingredients
- All-purpose flour
- Granulated sugar
- Unsalted butter
- Mascarpone cheese
- Powdered sugar
- Vanilla extract
- Strawberry jam
- Lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven and line pan with parchment
- Mix flour and sugar, cut in butter
- Press 2/3 mixture into pan and bake
- Beat mascarpone with powdered sugar and vanilla
- Spread cheese mixture over crust
- Swirl strawberry jam over mascarpone
- Top with remaining crumbs and bake
- Cool completely before cutting
